Why does mine get very hot when charging my laptop?

It's quite normal for any power supply to get pretty warm whilst charging a large device such as a laptop, the higher the demand for power, the harder the power supply has to work to provide it. GAN chargers definitely get reasonably warm though.- not so much with the iPad or phone which require less.

My charging cable states charger must support 15v so is this charger not compatible 15v

Our charger does support the following voltages on USB-C output - 5V, 9V, 12V, 15V, 20V, So your required voltage is supported. You need to verify if that is the required voltage for your device as well. Usually cables are rated based on their amperage (i.e. 3A or 5A) so that is one more thing to consider when selecting the correct cable for your device.

Does this charge the iPhone 12?

It will charge any usb/usb-c chargeable device. Assuming you have the right charging cable for the phone, and that it needs 5v.

It should charge an iphone 12 like any other phone really.

Can I charge 2 Macbooks at 100w speeds each?

The total combined power output of 4 ports is 100W. So, if you’re using 2 x USB-C ports at the same time, refer ITEHIL Charger power distribution one will be 65W, and another is 30W.
