Since most everyone at our brand has an extensive musical background, we are very rigorous in the sound process of equipment. Additionally, it allows us to act quickly and communicate efficiently with our factories production manager on when we see a need for improvement. Before and after each batch run from the factory, our instruments are sampled to confirm the quality, pitch and sound specs remain consistent from our previous production orders.
We work with a factory that only employees assemblers with outstanding operational familiarity with soldering irons and hand tools. The production line always follows schematics assembly drawings and technical prints in the assembly process.
