Empower Future Innovators: The Arduino Explore IoT Kit Rev2 is specifically designed for advanced high school and college students, enabling them to create their own connected devices while learning essential concepts of the Internet of Things (IoT) and how they can address real-world challenges related to sustainability.
Hands-On Sustainability Projects: This kit includes ten engaging, hands-on projects that align with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Students will tackle issues such as urban farming, health monitoring, and water conservation while applying design thinking methodologies to develop unique solutions.
Comprehensive Learning Experience: With easy-access getting started activities and in-depth lessons, students will gain a thorough understanding of how devices communicate, manage data, and analyze information using real-world sensors, along with the ability to control actuators through the Cloud.
Robust Technical Features: The kit is equipped with an Arduino MKR WiFi 1010, a dedicated MKR IoT Carrier Rev2, multiple sensors (temperature, humidity, pressure, gas, ambient light, and more), relays, tactile buttons, a display, and a rechargeable battery holder, providing all necessary components for successful IoT projects.
Flexible Learning Path: Each project can be completed in 15-25 hours and is broken into five modular sections, allowing for flexible pacing according to your classroom’s needs. The kit also includes resources for both advanced and beginner students, ensuring that every learner can participate and benefit from this educational journey.
