Go to GooglePlay or AppStore, type in Natscent, and install the app on your device.

TURN BLUETOOTH ON

When it's on, open the app and choose your Dynamo. Make sure you're right next to it when you do it.

INPUT PASSWORD

The default password is 8888. You can change it later accessing the "About" tab in the app.

What oils should I use?

Our Plug & Play oils are made to fit right into your Dynamo but the diffuser works with any cold-air nebulizing fragrances.

They are not thick which allows the diffuser to break them down easily into nano-particles of dry mist. No water is needed.

When and how to clean it?

Clean your Dynamo diffuser every couple of weeks or especially when you change fragrances or when the mist seems weak.

Clean it by running 1-2 oz of rubbing alcohol through at the highest intensity. Clean any visibly un-atomized oil as well.

Is the diffuser loud?

Not at all, but a low humming sound is normal & it's an indication of the powerful pump at work. This is comparable with a running laptop on the other side of the room.

No mist coming out

If using the app, check the time & schedules. Set them to be ON right now.

If not using the app, tap the power button & wait for the blue light. Tap the "+" and check the mist.

If your diffuser has issues, reset it to factory settings to clear out any unsaved schedules. To do this, press & hold the power button for 30 sec. or until you hear 2 beeps.
