Why AC and Steering wheel control can not work :
Check if all wire harness was connected properly, refer to the wire diagram above, all the wires need to be connected. most customers didn't plug in the RX/TX cable, that is why AC and steering wheel control didn't work. only 2 port need connect with original CD port, other wires should be plug back to original CD port as before. some customers didn't plug back cable which should be plug back with CD port the problem is audio cuts in and out, AC and steering wheel control not work properly. Check car model was choose right or not, here is the route, make sure the screen connect to internet before set car model: Setting--Car Setting--Extra setting--enter code 3368---car model should be choose as below picture. please send pictures of wire harness connection to us if problem can not fix
