The PeakDo handheld device uses a 60GHz ultra-high frequency millimeter-wave video transmission solution, with a massive bandwidth of 3.96Gbps, enabling direct transmission of 1080P 60Hz video. This eliminates the delays and loss of image quality caused by video compression, achieving true zero latency. The highest transmission rate of 5G WiFi is 1Gbps, but in practice, it typically reaches around 260Mbps. Neither 2.4GHz nor 5GHz WiFi can directly transmit video, and the only solution is to compress the video before transmission and then decompress it on the receiving end. 2. What's the difference of PeakDo handheld V3 and V3 SE.
The PeakDo V3 and V3 SE use the same millimeter-wave chip. The main difference is that the V3 uses a native landscape screen, while the V3 SE uses a portrait screen, which requires a 90° image rotation, resulting in a dynamic delay of 0-2 frames (0-32 ms).
How does the handheld work?
This handheld is a wireless streaming device,no system.It must work with console(Switch,PC,PS4,PS5,Xbox etc).It connects to console via the millimeter wave transmitter (plugged it into the HDMl port of console),the controller connects via Bluetooth
Why the PeakDo handheld can't connect with console? What type of controller will be after JC controller sliding into?
Please ensure the "mmWave" button on handheld menu page is on, then the device can connect with console. After the JC controller slides into the rail and indicates it is connected, it will merge into a PS4 controller.
Can the controller directly connect to gaming consoles like PS5/Xbox?
The controller chips vary for different platforms. You can use the controller directly for PS4 version games on PC or PS5. For native PS5 and Xbox games, besides the official free streaming controller software, it is recommended to order an adapter.
How to use the Xbox controller button layout on PC?
Download DS4Windows&Hidhide software from PC official website. DS4Windows simulates an Xbox controller, Hidhide hides the original PS4 controller signal.Then you can change to the Xbox controller layout or use Steam's settings to change the button
What controllers can be used?
You can use the JC controller and stretchable clip-on controllers. JC controllers from brands like Mobapad, IINE, and Colorvis have all been tested and are usable.
Why the PeakDo handheld can't connect with console?
Please ensure the "mmWave" button on handheld menu page is on and the transmitter plugs into console well with power supply, then the device will connect with console automaticaly. When connect successfully, the light of the transmitter is green.
How to connect the controller?
The controller connected by bluetooth. The bluetooth button is "BLE Pair" on handheld menu page.

Do i have to reconnect the Bluetooth signal every time when turn on the handheld?
lf the last pairing was with this console,you can reconnect by pressing the HOME button of the controller. If you switch between different consoles, like PC and PS5,please delete the previously saved controller on the current consoler,then re-add it.

There are 2 models of controller. The controller defaults to be PS mode when connected with handheld. Please press the "BLE Pair" button (bluetooth button) on handheld menu page and hold 3s to be JC mode.
