Easy to use:you need a large pot, which you fill with water. Then place the circulator in the pot and attach it to the edge of the pot using the clamp. The water level must not exceed the MAX level line and not be below the MIN level line on the circulator. Then add the sealed food to the pot. When the power cord is connected, cooking starts. The basic setting is a cooking time of two hours with a temperature of 55 °C. But this can be easily adjusted.
